IELTS FAQs

What is IELTS and who takes this test?

IELTS is International English Language Testing System. This test is used to judge the proficiency of a person in English language. These are of two types: ACADEMIC which is taken b which is taken by the students who aspire to go abroad for higher studies, or, GENERAL which is taken by people who are looking for work opportunities or PR in foreign countries.

For how long the score is valid?

The score is valid for two years.

What does one have to do in the test and where can we book it?

The test is being conducted by IDP in multiple cities and it can be booked online. There are four modules namely listening, reading, writing and speaking. There is a band level of 0 to 9. Mostly people target bands between 6-8.

Can I train on my own?

IELTS exam needs constant and focused practice in terms of time, accuracy, precision and relevance. If someone is good at self-analysis, has sound knowledge of the nuances of English language, mastery over speaking and writing skills in English and is self-motivated then surely one can prepare on their own but, for others proper coaching under an expert trainer is required.

Do I need to work on English skills before joining IELTS coaching?

Yes, you need to work on your English language skills tremendously, before joining the IELTS course and
our English language courses are designed to provide you a guided learning in a proper manner to
achieve success in your IELTS test.

What does our center offer?

We believe in quality over quantity and therefore the strength of the batch is very small, of the ratio 1:2.
Also, we give individual IELTS coaching on one on one basis to customize training and prioritize the student’s requirement at all times. This helps students achieve their desired band in a short duration, instead of taking the exam in multiple attempts.

How many types of English courses do you offer?

We offer English courses mainly of two types.
English course: BASIC/ INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCE

What will we learn?

Our approach to English language training is holistic. We focus on good range of vocabulary, accuracy in grammar, confidence in group discussions or public gatherings and helping you cultivate exceptional communication skills.

What methods do you use to train?

Interactive classes based on numerous activities, group discussions, role plays and many other such methods which makes learning fun and interesting and never dull for a single moment. Alongside, we also, help you develop a mindset where you will see English language not only as just a medium to talk but, to communicate your ideas effectively and express yourself confidently and with utmost clarity.

How big is a batch?

3-4 students per class as we like to work on each and every student with utmost attention and focus to deliver fast and effective learning.

Will such a small batch help me overcome my shyness?

English is all about practice. The number of people is of no relevance, your approach to learning is. With our five days a week program you stay consistent and driven to learn every day. Also, a smaller batch gives you more time to speak and interact with others making your learning and growth quicker since, we believe time wasted is time lost. Our UETP method ensures that English learning is effective, fast and smooth. Small batches focus on your individual needs and accelerates your English- speaking journey, exceptionally. In addition, we conduct group classes on some days to hone your communication skills.

If I don’t want to join a batch as I am very shy, what do you offer?

We offer one on one training for those who wish to learn at the comfort of their own pace with slightly higher charges, as we believe no barrier is too big, if you decide to overcome it. We ensure that learning English becomes an easy and exciting process for one and all.
